Beach Dance is an event that gives people the opportunity to have a solo dance outdoors in community with others. Modern music technology makes it possible for participants to move how and where they want to while maintaining a profound connection to the rest of the group. Participants are each equipped with an iPod that has an identical playlist of songs. When the play buttons are pushed simultaneously, the music and dance begins. Events are limited to fifteen people and registration is required in advance. Private events can be scheduled for all kinds of occasions; birthday celebrations, family reunions, bachelor/bachelorette and wedding parties, women's retreats, and corporate events. Schedule / Hours of Operation Public events in Cannon Beach, Oregon are held on most Friday evenings from 6:30-8:00 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 10:00-11:30 a.m. Memorial Day weekend through the end of September. Private events can be scheduled on different days and different times. Locations Beach Dance is based in Cannon Beach, Oregon but travels to additional locations throughout the U.S. and abroad.
