Allowing “what is” to be so, we drop in deeper and listen. We authentically show up, trusting the wisdom of the body and allowing spirit to move through us. We notice what needs to be healed and tended to, where the transformation wants to occur, and what wants to be expressed. We roll, jump, shake, sound, prance, spin, groove, stomp, bop, writhe, cathart, play, pause, and sweat. We peel off the layers of looking good, doing it right, and having it all together, surrendering to the divine and following our innate wisdom. The music, be it pulsing, grooving, serene, calm, chaotic, uplifting, percussive, or graceful, serves as a backdrop for the journey, offering a diverse mirror in which to see and know ourselves more wholly. As we become present with our essential selves, body, mind, spirit, and heart, we gain clarity and perspective, stand in our truth, and the possibility of alchemical transformation manifests in our being. We become and embody the change we wish to see and take that essential infusion into our lives as a gift to ourselves and to those around us. Due to the intensity of energy and movement that occurs, Essential Infusion is not appropriate for children under 18. At 6:45, we silently begin to awaken and warm-up the body and create the altar. You are invited and encouraged to bring and place an object on the altar symbolic of your intention. At 7:05, we invoke and infuse the collective intention for the evening and call it into our being through a brief guided practice. Following our time of free, unguided movement, we come together to complete at 8:25, reconnecting in ecstatic union before moving out into the world.
